Rebranding an Outgrown Business

In its early years, DMR supplied paper bags, and most contracts came in through sales relationships and word-of-mouth marketing. They had no online marketing, not even catalogs or an office space.
In 2010, they merged with an international supplier and expanded their capabilities beyond paper bags. By 2015, almost 65% of the company's profit came from PWP/ GWP contracts with LVMH and COTY. As a result, DMR has become a leading supplier of cut-and-sewn accessories, paper bags, and gift boxes in the beauty industry.
The old perception of DMR as a packaging supplier alone was no longer relevant.
DMR stands for Dan, Matt, and Rebecca, which are the names of the founder's children.
